He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Daniel and Margaret Daniel; and his sisters, Wanda Kay Lester, Donna Faye Poole and Patricia Jane Daniel.
He is survived by: his sons, Derrick Daniel of Dayton and Scott Dillard (Amanda) of Soddy Daisy; his stepdaughter Ladonna Oliver (Tammy) of Jacksonville, FL; his siblings, Nadine Green (Kenneth) of Sale Creek, Shirley Daniel of Dayton, Preston Daniel (Linda) of Hixson, Leon Daniel (Beverly) of St. Augustine, FL, Gerald Daniel of Jacksonville, TN, Buckey Daniel of Jacksonville, FL and Mark Daniel of Sale Creek; and his grandchildren, Blayden, Gunner and Deacon Dillard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
