He was predeceased by: his parents, Ogden Lionel Ballentine, Sr. and Ronelle Ballentine (Brock). He is survived by: his wife Susan Ballentine (Hearin) of Dayton; his daughter Karie Canestrari (Jim) of Greeneville, Tennessee; and his siblings, Sandi Baughman (Charlie) of Dayton and Rodney Ballentine of Miami, Florida. He is also survived by his many cousins; and his nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Grace Bible Church (2809 Old Washington Hwy, Dayton, TN 37321). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
