He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Clark and Judy Clark-Ellerman (Harris). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Ellerman (True) of Dayton; and his daughters, Stephanie Munoz (Dan) of Middle Valley and Debra Hartline of Graysville. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
