He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Hall (Peggie); his parents, Melvin G Hall, Sr. and Opal Beatrice Gentry Hall; and his brother William Hall (Bill). He is survived by: his sons, Eagle Scouts, Melvin Hall III (Dayton) and James R. Hall (Michele); his siblings, Marvin "Bobby" Dayton (Ingrid Hall), Judy Hall, Retta Ford (Randy), Dale (Penny Hall) and Glen Burnie, MD; and his pet Flash. He is also survived by 7 nieces & nephews and 8 great nieces & nephews.
