He is survived by: his wife Dawn Falzone (Tallamy) of Dayton, TN; his children, Anthony, Melanie Williams, Colin and Angela McVicker; his siblings, Deborah Ritter of New Tripoli, PA, Sharon Jiorle, Loren and Garrett Falzone; and his grandchildren, Addyson, Aurelya, Danyca, Dempsey, Avonlea Falzone, Colette Williams, Gianna, Kayley, Sabrina Falzone and Dustin McVicker.
In lieu of flowers arrangements, a memorial garden will be planted with roses at the Falzone residence.
