She is survived by: her children, Angela Smith, Chad Farris of Cleveland and Dewy Farris of Cleveland; and her siblings, Katherine Hill of Jacksonville, Amy Perkins of Lessburg, Christine Shugars of Albuquerque, Coleen "Cokie" Day of Cleveland and Donnie Hill (Kathy) of Cleveland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
