She was predeceased by: her husband Warren Colbaugh; her parents, Bill Patton and Mary Patton; and her grandson Dylan Colbaugh. She is survived by: her children, Karen Ward of Dayton, Ray Colbaugh (Kim) of Dayton and Linda Shoemate (Ronnie) of Dayton; her great grandchildren, Kristen Colbaugh, Katlyn Hawthorne (Culley) and Ashley McSpadden (Joseph); and her caregivers, Mildred Arnold, Madeleine Miller and Greta MacPherson.
