It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mable Cogdill (Dayton, Tennessee), born in Athens, Tennessee, who passed away on January 12, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband France Calvin Cogdill, Jr.; her daughter Janet Headlee; and her brother Willard Miller. She is survived by: her daughters, Della Thomas of Decatur and Ramona Thompson of Orlando; and her siblings, Frances Wilson of Kentucky, Maebelle Bledsoe of Athens, Mitchell Miller (Peggy) of Decatur and Joe Miller of Athens. She is also survived by four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
