She was predeceased by: her parents, Minh Ta and Anh Ngoc Ta (Nguyen). She is survived by: her husband Richard Kozlowski of Dayton; her children, Khoa Bui of Dayton and Khanh Wilbanks (Ethan) of Decatur; her grandson Henry Wilbanks of Decatur; and her siblings, Thanh Ta of Dayton, Mai Ta of Dayton, Lien Ta of Dayton, Germany and Vietnam.
