She was predeceased by: her parents, H. B. Savage and Clifford Savage (Smallwood); and her former husband Willy T. Edge. She is survived by: her husband James Muecke of Dayton; her daughter JoAnn Shirley of Acworth, Georgia; and her stepchildren, Elizabeth Hamilton of Chattanooga and David Muecke (Liz) of Sierra Vista, Arizona. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
