Larry Bowman Jr. Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Bowman Jr. of Dayton, Tennessee, who passed away on December 9, 2024 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Larry's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Larry has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

He was predeceased by: his father William "Bill" Bowman; and his sister Susan Bowman Wolfe. He is survived by: his mother Carol Bowman; his children, Crystal Bowman Shelton of Dayton and William "Billy" Bowman of Dayton; his niece Candace Wolfe of Charleston, SC; and his grandchildren, Karrah Shelton and Ashton Shelton.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home (601 Ashland Terrace, Chattanooga, TN 37415). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chattanooga Memorial Park (501 Memorial Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37415).
