It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ken Pierce of Dayton, Tennessee, born in Galax, Virginia, who passed away on October 11, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cone Pierce and Ruby Pierce (Murray); and his siblings, William "Billy" Pierce (Lois) and Peggy Pierce Lineberry of Galax, VA.. He is survived by: his children, Angie, Jonathan, Paige and Kristin; his wife Phyllis Jane Pierce (Fortner); his children, Angela Pierce Stumbo (Jonathan), Aaron Pierce (Kristin) and Emily Pierce Hughes (Paige); his grandchildren, Emmie of Dayton, TN, Wyatt of Dayton, TN, Levi of Dayton, TN, Sam of Dayton, TN, Jesse Stumbo of Dayton, TN, Madison of Dayton, TN, Blake of Dayton, TN, Benjamin Pierce of Dayton, TN, Lucas of Dayton, TN, Molly of Dayton, TN and Addie Hughes of Dayton, TN; his siblings, Janice Pierce Jones (John) and Donald Lineberry; and his mother-in-law Betty Jones Fortner of Dayton, TN..
