He is survived by: his significant other Louise; his children, Connie Ramsey (Tony) of Dayton, TN, Gina Neese of Dayton, TN, Emma Morrison of Dayton, TN, Richie Neese (Reva) of Lenoir City, TN, Lee Neese and Joe Neese (Kim); his sister Fran Hall (Bob) of Roanoke, VA; and his grandchildren, Benjamin (Kayla), Kolton, Katelyn, Alexis, Jasmine, Hayley, Elijah, Angel, Tristan and Tapanga.
