John Cecil Anderson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2022, at the age of 103, John Cecil Anderson of Dayton, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Anderson and Ruby Anderson (Anderson); his wife Harriet Anderson (VanOrder); his son John Douglas "JD" Anderson; and his siblings, Leslie Clavin Anderson and Margie Everett.

He is survived by: his children, Jim Anderson (Priscilla) of Dayton and Anita McMillan (Dan) of Athens; and his brother Sam Anderson of Soddy Daisy. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
