It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Dale Levengood of Dayton, Tennessee, who passed away on March 6, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Paul and Lillian Levengood (Hummel); and his daughter Megan Levengood. He is survived by: his wife Karen Levengood (Harwood); his daughters, Stephanie Gibson (Zach) of Dayton and Natalie Bright (Randy) of Dayton; and his siblings, Gene Levengood (Sandi) of Benton, AR and Joy Heiss of Soddy Daisy.
Social distancing is strongly encouraged, and face masks will be required.
