It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Phipps of Dayton, Tennessee, who passed away on September 7, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Phipps and Irene Phipps; and his daughter Cathy Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Phipps; his children, James, Sherry and Danny; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Matthew, Mary, Caleb and Jackson.
