He is survived by: his parents, William Franklin "Boot" Hickman of Dayton and Branda Kay Hickman (Nixon) of Spring City; his wife Katherine "Kathy" Hickman of Dayton; his children, Kevin Hickman of Dayton and Destiny Hickman of Dayton; his granddaughter Scarlett Rose Leffew of Athens; his siblings, Mark Hickman of Dayton and Shannon Yager (Mark) of Oklahoma; and his nieces, Chelsea Yager and Lena Yager of Oklahoma.
