She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Carlos and Ruby Lois Revis (Rice); her husband William Larry Reed; and her siblings, Rodgers Revis and Chris Revis.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jill Davis (Jeff) of Dayton and Joy Brown (Orin) of Signal Mountain; the father of her children Bill Marsh of Dayton; her stepdaughters, Destiny Absher of Murfreesboro and Caitlyn West (David) of Huntsville, AL; her grandchildren, Faith Dotson (Daniel), Shelby Davis, Ethan Davis, Blaire Brown and Aiden Absher; her brothers, Bobby Joe Revis of Dayton, Dale Revis of Dayton and Mike Revis of Dayton; and her daughters, Tami Gadd and Shannon Revis.

Donations in memory of Jackie may be made to The Lung Cancer Research Foundation to support the research for finding a cure for small cell carcinoma.
