He was predeceased by: his siblings, Beauford Cranfield and Judy Cranfield. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hale Knox; his children, Beverly Fullam (late Roy) and Jackie Knox Jr. (Sherry); his brothers, Billy Cranfield, Coley Cranfield (Nancy), Dean Cranfield and David Cranfield (Patty); his sister-in-law Decie Cranfield; and his grandchildren, Roy, Jaclyn Watson (Lance), Deanna Rose (Matt), Heather Snyder (Chris) and Daniel Hale. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and cousins.
