She is survived by: her husband Harold Hendrick of Dayton Mountain; her children, Amy Hale (Preston) and Matthew Hendrick (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Faith Victoria Hale of Dayton, Ethan Matthew Hale of Dayton and Jonah Dane Hendrick of Dayton; and her siblings, Jerry Holland (Carol) and Joyce Hughes (Wendell). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
