He is survived by: his wife Alberta Pauline Tyler (Travis); his children, Shirley Diane Hutchings (Donny), Francis Westervelt (Mark), Neva Joyce Webb and Hugh Ed Tyler (Brenda); and his siblings, Beth Tyler and Kenneth Tyler (Sara Rose). He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
