He is survived by: his mother Della Elrod Brewer (Tollett); his sister Melinda Calbaugh (Steve) of Dayton; his children, Shawn, Ashley and Allen; and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Bishop (Matt), Canyon of Dayton and Maddie Bishop of Dayton. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
