She is survived by: her children, Reva Prater, Jerry Mack Douglas, Jr. (Rhonda), James Douglas (Teresa) and Ronnie Douglas (Christie); her siblings, Norma Davis, Judy Iles and Bobby Cox; and her grandchildren, Shannon, Chris, Carmen, Amy, Tasha, Jerry Mack III, Stacie, Dalton and David. She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
