He is survived by: his wife Linda Diane Rouse (Wagner) of Dayton; his children, Frank Rouse III (Nancy) of Roxboro, NC, John Rouse (Tasha) of Dayton, Robin Newby (Jim) of Dayton and Jodi Wehse (Tim) of Dayton; and his siblings, John Rouse (Cindy), Barry Rouse (Barbie) of Schenectady, NY, Phyllis McDonald, Gail Clancy (Pat) of Hornell, NY and June Denning (Noah) of Indianapolis, IN.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
