She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Joy Mayfield (Jonathan) of Dayton, TN; her siblings, Janie Jordan Nelson, Donna Jean Thomas (David) of Chattanooga, TN, James Jordan of Dayton and David Jordan (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Baylee JaneAnn Mayfield and Savannah Grace Mayfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
