He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Cummings (Alan) of Hixson, TN, Glenna Williams (Leroy) of Graysville, TN, Mike Lewis of Sale Creek, TN, Alvin Lewis (Brenda) of Dayton, TN and Carlos Lewis (Margaret) of Graysville, TN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
