It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earnest Smith (Dayton, Tennessee), who passed away on April 4, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Smith and Bertie Henderson Smith; his wife Joline McClure Smith; and his brothers, Owen Smith and Spencer Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Randall Smith (Michele) of Marietta, GA, Judith Earles of Evensville, TN and Weyman Smith (Jeanne) of Johnson City, TN; his grandchildren, Lydia Noelle Ard (Aaric), Lyra Elizabeth Drury (Derrick), Stacie Heline Earles, Joshua Michael Earles and Daniel Weyman Smith; his great grandchildren, Chase Ard, Tristan Dockery, MacKenzie Drury, Jacob Cranfill, Macie Miller, Kaylie Sneed and Josie Earles; and his great great grandchild Maevri Jean Cranfill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
