He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Eakins (Doss) of Dayton, TN; his children, Steve Eakins (Ashley Page) of Dayton, TN, April Cowley (Christopher) of Dayton, TN and Lisa Smith (James) of Dayton, TN; his siblings, Sandra Travis (Jerry) of Dayton, TN, Rene Suttles (Denny) of Dayton, TN and Harold Eakins (Pat) of Dayton, TN; and his grandchildren, Bobby Smith, Jessie Smith, Christie Smith, Chasity Kerley, Jessica Kerley, Heather Kerley, Tyler Eakins, Stefanie Eakins and Braylee Eakins. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
