He was predeceased by: his mother Arden Rackley; his grandmother Allie Coleman; and his sister Jerri Rackley. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Rackley and Kevin Rackley; his grandchildren, Karson Rackley and Conner Rackley; and his brothers, Chris Rackley and Abe Rackley.
