She is survived by: her boyfriend David Adcock of Evensville, TN; her mother Peggy Jo Blevins of Dayton, TN; her children, Lora Ennis (Greg) of Gulf Breeze, FL and Sloan Wilkey (Kim) of Pensacola, FL; her siblings, Diana Smith (Jackie) and Tracy Blevins (Angie) of Dayton, TN; and her grandchildren, Tre Ennis, Kierstin Wilkey and Lora Wilkey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
