She is survived by: her grandmother Hamby; her mothers-in-law, Christine and Frances Carter (Roller); her husband Tony Carter; her parents, John Oliver and Judy Oliver; her children, Michael David Napier (Emily), Jillian Swafford (Aaron) and Jesse Carter (Jennifer); her brothers, John Oliver (Brenda) and Chirs Oliver (Angie); and her grandchildren, Justice Ezra Napier, Finn, Heidi Swafford and Amy Grace Carter. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
