He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bishop and Beulah Griffin Bishop; and his siblings, Jimmy, Jesse, Billy Bishop, Margie Nebels, Peggy Thomas, Dorothy Reed and Kathy Higginbottom.
He is survived by: his siblings, Geneva Webb, Stella Hughes, Alice Hernandez, Bobby and Carl Bishop; and his friend Shirley Cluck of Dayton, TN.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
