He is survived by: his wife Lucille Matthews Stinnette; his children, Harold Stinnette (Donna) and Pam Newman (Tom) of Dayton, TN; his grandchild Crystal Rouse; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Knight and Sadie Rouse. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
