He is survived by: his children, Brittany Bookholt (Tony Vestal) of Dayton, TN and Kyle Vaughn (Masie) of Georgetown, TN; and his siblings, Shirley Meadows of Decatur, TN, Katie Douglas (David) of Pikeville, TN, Claude Vaughn (Wanda) of Evensville, TN, Johnny Vaughn of Dayton, TN and Clifford Vaughn (Louise) of Dayton, TN. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
