He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Coulter (Keith) and Earl Coulter; and his brothers, Gerald "Yusef" Coulter and Carl Coulter. He is survived by: his son Cordaryll Coulter; and his siblings, Barbara Bock, Evelyn Coulter King, Donna Coulter, Mitchell Coulter, Gary Coulter and Paul Arnold Jenkins-Coulter. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
