He was predeceased by: his father Charles M. Beam (Charlie). He is survived by: his mother Nancy L Beam of Dayton; his brothers, Henry David Beam II of Dayton, Charles Daryle Beam (Amber E.) of Signal Mountain and James Christopher Beam (Jennifer Blevins) of Dayton; his nephews, Sam and Ben; and his niece Scout.
