He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Sparks of Trion, GA and Rebecca Sparks (Tio Rodriguez) of Chattanooga; and his grandchildren, Kayla Goudy of Trion, GA, Alicia Garcia of Chattanooga, Luis Sparks (Rosalina) of Chattanooga, Victor Garcia of Chattanooga, Delmar Roblero of Chattanooga, Yajaira Sparks of Chattanooga and Anderson Rodriguez of Chattanooga. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
