He is survived by: his mother Julie Noegel (Negret) of California; his wife Kristy Michelle Noegel (Lawson) of Dayton; his siblings, Daniel Noegel and Angela Noegel of California; his stepdaughters, Hannah Lawson of Dayton and Nathalie Collins of Niota; and his stepgranddaughter Ivy Burton.
