She is survived by: her husband Harold Goins; her children, Stacey Goins of Dayton and Greg Goins of Spring City; her daughter-in-law Melissa Goins of Spring City; and her granddaughter Kelsi Goins of Spring City. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
