She was predeceased by: her parents, James Crawley and Beulah Crawley. She is survived by: her children, Angie Shipley (Bobby) of Dayton, Mark Ballard (Stephanie) of Dyersburg and Dana Shaver (Leslie) of Dayton; her siblings, Linda Rice and Jack "Charles" Crawley; her grandchildren, Brandy Davis, Brittany Davis, Sheena Cosby, Adam Cosby, Alexis Ballard, Jordan Ballard, Walker Norris, Emily Smith, Gavin Shaver and Carson Shaver; and her great grandchildren, Kate Davis, Jaylin, Juli-Kate Cosby, Ava Norris and Jonathan Fitzgerald Beeler III.
