She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Eldred and Alice Eldred; her brother Charles "Chuck" Eldred; and her daughter Debra Steel. She is survived by: her husband Don Perkinson of Dayton; her daughters, Kim Cooley (Robin) of Dayton and Dona Jordan; and her close friend Sueann Levi of Dayton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
