He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Howard Franks and Ollie Bell Franks (Goodson). He is survived by: his wife Jaime Franks of Dayton; his daughter Christina Pendergrass (Shane) of Soddy Daisy; his stepdaughter Alexis McGann of Hixson; his sister Karen Galloway (Gary) of Fredericksburg, VA; and his grandchildren, Aiden, Adalynn and Emory Bell Pendergrass.
