He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Roscoe Rogers and Katherine Johnson Rogers; and his stepdaughter Amanda Paige Bivens. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Bivens Rogers; his children, Billy-Jack Rogers, Jonathan Rogers (Johnny), Becky Rogers and Jordan Creasman (Max); his stepdaughter Angela Bivens Whitner; and his siblings, Ronnie Rogers, Jeff Rogers (Wendy) and Melissa Hickman (Wayne). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home, Inc. (1670 Market St, Dayton, TN 37321-1130). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
