He is survived by: his close friend Kathy Bishop of Dayton; his son Randall McCowan (Stacey) of Dayton Mountain; his grandson Dakota McCowan of Dayton Mountain; and his siblings, Arnold McCowan of Monterrey, Ellis McCowan (Maureen) of Cumberland County, Bobby McCowan (Elke) of Daysville, David McCowan (Tracey), Glenna Collette of Little Rock, AR and Lois Hosier (Richard) of Lebanon.
