He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rev. Jake and Evangeline Ramsey; his daughter Sarah Elizabeth Ramsey; his father-in-law Rev. John Neese; his wife Connie Louise Neese Ramsey of Dayton, TN; his son Benjamin; his daughter-in-law Kayla Ramsey of Dayton, TN; his siblings, Phyllis Hankins (Boo) of Chuckey, TN, Scott Ramsey (Debbie) of Knoxville, TN and Alan Ramsey (Theta) of Laurel, MD; his nieces and nephews, Rachel, Bethany, Lexine, Jacob and Christopher; and his mother-in-law Louise Neese. He was also cherished by his grandparents and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers an account has been set up at First Bank on Market St. to assist the family in recovering from the loss of Tony and their home.
