It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Annette Joy Kinzalow of Dayton, Tennessee, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 17, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Annette Pauline Lach Shaw of Poland and James Harold Shaw of Nashville, TN.; her husband Richard Kinzalow; and her siblings, Harold, Howard and Audrey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl, Sandy and Tami; and her niece Sharon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and her enormous extended family.
