He was predeceased by: his parents, Gough Williams and Birdie Zook Williams; and his siblings, Willie Williams, Lloyd Williams, Johnny Williams, Finley Williams, Paul Williams, Lindy Williams and Betty McGill.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Williams; his children, Jimmy Williams of Dayton, TN, Tera Neely of Carmichael and Nicole Wallis of Dayton, TN; and his sister Judy Garrett (Travis) of Sikeston, Missouri. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
