He is survived by: his wife Betty Tinker Scruggs; his children, Greg Scruggs of Clinton, TN., Douglas Scruggs (Patricia) of Oak Ridge, TN. and Linda Van Kleeck of Atlanta, GA.; his stepchildren, Frankie Wilson (Dwight) and Billy Tinker; his grandchildren, Steven Scruggs, Jennifer Scruggs Daniels and Heather Van Kleeck; his stepgrandson Steve Whaley; his great grandchildren, Makenna Daniels, Landon Daniels and Julia Kay Young; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Aislyn Whaley.
