He is survived by: his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Stacy Stipes of Winchester, VA; his sister-in-law Portia Stipes of Corryton, TN; and his nieces and nephews, Bobby, Kelly, Alisha, Keith Stipes, Diane Quisenberry, David Denton (Sharon), Luke Quisenberry (Kaylin), Dustin Mantooth (Robin) and Mitchell Mantooth.
