He is survived by: his wife Janis Oprondek Flaherty; his sons, Steve Flaherty (Robyn), Ken Flaherty (April) and Bill Flaherty; his grandsons, Will Flaherty, Shane Flaherty and Ryan Flaherty; his brother Jim Flaherty (Diane); and his sister-in-law Linda Flaherty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
